Megabuild Successfully Completes and Hands Over the Phase 1A RBF Project at VSIP Industrial Park

On 31 January 2026, Megabuild Corporation completed and handed over Phase 1A of the Ready-Built Factory (RBF) Project. For the RBF 1A Project, Megabuild served as the main contractor for construction, finishing works, MEPF systems, and rooftop solar power installation for two adjoining factory buildings with a total floor area of 24,170 m². The project met the investor’s requirements in terms of schedule and quality. The investor is Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited.
