Job Description

  • Review and Process Payment Documents: Receive and verify the accuracy, validity, and compliance of payment documents submitted by project teams.
  • Cost Recording and Approval Submission: Record project expenses in the MISA accounting software, submit documents for approval by the Board of Directors, and hand over completed payment dossiers to the Payment Accountant.
  • Accounts Payable Management and Reconciliation: Reconcile outstanding balances with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams for each contract/project; coordinate with the CCM Department to resolve any issues related to payables.
  • Guarantee and Advance Payment Control: Review guarantees provided by suppliers and subcontractors; monitor and follow up on the settlement of advance payments made by Site Management Boards.
  • Deposit and Project Finalization Management: Monitor Account 244 (Deposits and Security Deposits); coordinate the refund of deposits and guarantees upon project completion; verify project finalization data provided by Site Management Boards and the CCM Department.
  • Document Management and Record Keeping: Manage, classify, scan, and systematically archive all contracts and project payment documents on the company’s internal network system.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Construction, MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection), Architectural Design, or Environmental/Infrastructure sectors.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills; proficient in MISA accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
