Job Description
- Assisted the Site Manager in coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop construction execution plans, ensuring feasibility and optimal resource allocation.
- Reported project issues to the Site Manager and proposed practical solutions to ensure construction activities met project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitored Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance, reviewed construction drawings and methodologies, developed project schedules, and closely controlled cumulative material allocations for the project and subcontractors.
- Verified completed work quantities, organized inspection and acceptance procedures, and certified completed works for subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
- Allocated tasks, provided technical guidance to junior staff, and monitored and evaluated team performance to ensure effective project execution.
- Recommended the selection or replacement of subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams, and supported workforce management and coordination on site.
Job Requirements
- Careful, highly responsible, and possessing good communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quality Management
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
