Job Description
- Monitor and expedite project execution, providing technical and management solutions to ensure that project schedules committed to the Client are met.
- Review Client Contracts; verify variations and price adjustments, and follow up on outstanding receivables from the Client to maintain project cash inflows.
- Prepare and control budget forecasts, report on project financial performance, and develop internal material consumption norms.
- Source and assess the capabilities of subcontractors/suppliers and submit recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval and selection.
- Manage, train, and provide career development guidance to the Cost & Contract Management (CCM) team.
- Consolidate and directly report periodic/ad-hoc project management matters to the Board of Directors in accordance with Company procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Architecture; minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 5 years in a management position.
- Relevant professional practice certificate(s); proficiency in technical English.
