Tender Document Review: Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications for MEP works.
Quantity Take-off & BOQ Preparation: Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare internal Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for Electrical, ELV (Extra Low Voltage), HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Drainage, and Compressed Air systems.
Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Prepare the Scope of Work (SOW), issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and coordinate and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Value Engineering: Propose alternative technical solutions to optimize project costs while ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications.
Tender Submission: Prepare and finalize the MEP technical proposal (including construction methodology and project schedule) and commercial/financial proposal for tender submission.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Plumbing & Drainage
3–5 years of experience in MEP tendering and/or construction supervision, preferably on hospital or large-scale industrial projects; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of cleanroom HVAC systems, medical/industrial gas systems, wastewater treatment systems, and current design and fire protection standards (TCVN, ASHRAE, NFPA).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity take-off software. Able to read and understand technical documentation written in business English.
