The project is a 5-star resort spanning a total area of 74,727 m². It features 153 private villas in a secluded “Private Villa” style (180 m²–252 m²), 25 commercial plots (160 m²–180 m², with 6 floors), and various internal amenities, including a 3-story clubhouse, restaurant, spa, café, gym, and a 300-guest conference room. A key highlight is the Wynham Clubhouse Phu Quoc, a public feature within the overall beachfront resort in Phú Quốc. The architects drew inspiration from the image of a lantern to create a fresh and modern perspective while preserving traditional values.
