Total land area: 243,364 m² (including 12 adjacent factory buildings). This includes: Main factory – Office and auxiliary items (Guard house, Waste house, Pump house – Underground water tank, Power station, MSB area, Parking lot, Transformer station).
Scope of work:
General Contractor for construction, finishing, MEPF, and rooftop solar power system (for 2 adjacent factory buildings with a total floor area of 24,170 m²).
