QA/QC Engineer – Construction
Job Description

Prepare project legal and compliance documentation.

Inspect construction quality; manage as-built drawings, quality management documents, testing, inspection, and acceptance of construction works and items; review documents submitted from construction sites to the office.

Plan and submit QA/QC documentation for approval.

Implement and maintain quality documentation (checklists, inspection and acceptance records, etc.) in accordance with the approved construction plan.

Manage quality records and the quality management plan.

Prepare internal and partner project reports.

Manage material quality, including on-site material testing.

Coordinate with relevant departments on final accounts, payment, and project settlement documentation.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Quality Management (or related disciplines).

Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC work on construction sites.

Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with good communication skills.
Welfare Regime
- Salary: VND 18,000,000 – 25,000,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and capability).
