Recruitment and Training Specialist
Job Description
1. Recruitment

Gather recruitment needs from departments and projects.

Develop recruitment plans for different position groups (Office and Construction Site).

Carry out the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, arranging professional interviews, and supporting onboarding.

Manage and develop a database of potential candidates to meet future recruitment needs.
2. Employer Branding
-
Develop and execute employer branding communication plans (articles, photos, videos, online/offline campaigns).

Prepare and update recruitment content on communication channels: Fanpage, LinkedIn, Website, and other recruitment platforms.

Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities, including:

Onboarding programs for new employees.
-
Internal events, team-building, and corporate culture activities.

Propose ideas, content, and visuals to enhance the company’s professional employer brand image.
3. Training
-
Conduct orientation training for new employees.
-
Coordinate with departments/projects to develop internal training plans.
-
Search for, evaluate, and work with external training partners (if necessary).

Organize training programs for skills, technical knowledge, and professional development for employees and managers.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and propose suitable improvement programs.

Maintain and update training documents and records for HR management purposes.
Job Requirements

College or University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and strong communication skills.
