QS Engineer
Job Description

Perform duties including reading technical drawings, quantity take-off, checking and controlling quantities for construction packages, items, and projects.

Prepare quantity calculations and construction cost estimates for projects.

Prepare and maintain project progress tracking documents and construction implementation records for assigned projects.

Prepare and manage payment and debt tracking documents for subcontractors and investors/clients for assigned projects.

Communicate directly with clients regarding project information and documentation.

Proactively coordinate with other technical departments to ensure project timelines and document accuracy are met.

Regularly update and comply with regulations and legal documents related to construction cost estimation and management, as well as market unit prices and material specifications.

Prepare material quantity plans in line with the construction schedule of assigned sites; coordinate with warehouse staff to monitor and report inventory levels, materials delivered to subcontractors/teams, and payment claims submitted to the project owner when required.

Manage, maintain, and archive project documents and records.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction-related disciplines (Construction Engineering, Construction Economics, etc.)

Minimum 3 years of experience in the position of Quantity Surveyor (QS).

Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with good communication skills.

Salary: VND 15,000,000 – 22,000,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and capability).
