Job Description

1. Recruitment

  • Gather recruitment needs from departments and projects.

  • Develop recruitment plans for different position groups (Office and Construction Site).

  • Carry out the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, arranging professional interviews, and supporting onboarding.

  • Manage and develop a database of potential candidates to meet future recruitment needs.

2. Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute employer branding communication plans (articles, photos, videos, online/offline campaigns).

  • Prepare and update recruitment content on communication channels: Fanpage, LinkedIn, Website, and other recruitment platforms.

  • Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities, including:

    • Onboarding programs for new employees.

    • Internal events, team-building, and corporate culture activities.

  • Propose ideas, content, and visuals to enhance the company’s professional employer brand image.

3. Training

  • Conduct orientation training for new employees.

  • Coordinate with departments/projects to develop internal training plans.

  • Search for, evaluate, and work with external training partners (if necessary).

  • Organize training programs for skills, technical knowledge, and professional development for employees and managers.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and propose suitable improvement programs.

  • Maintain and update training documents and records for HR management purposes.

Job Requirements

  • College or University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and strong communication skills.
