Job Description
- Read technical drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and control detailed quantities for construction packages and project items.
- Prepared construction quotations, developed project progress tracking documentation, and coordinated the implementation of construction information for assigned projects.
- Managed accounts receivable and project payment documentation, processed progress claims and final accounts with clients, and monitored subcontractor costs.
- Planned material procurement in line with construction schedules, and coordinated with warehouse personnel to monitor inventory levels and prepare regular stock and material issuance reports.
- Stayed up to date with the latest regulations on construction cost management, pricing, and newly available construction materials to ensure compliance and cost accuracy.
- Liaised directly with clients regarding project documentation and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timely completion of project deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Quality Management
- Careful, highly responsible, and possessing good communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
