MEP Engineer
Job Description

Participate in the preparation and implementation phase of construction: survey the construction site, check M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) design documents, provide professional opinions, and offer technical advice to the project owner on M&E-related matters.

Develop plans for installing M&E systems in accordance with the project budget and design documents.

Directly supervise construction to ensure compliance with technical standards, quality, and project timelines.

Supervise contractors in the installation of fire protection systems.

Coordinate with the QS (Quantity Surveyor) team to prepare and verify quantity take-off and payment documents for M&E and fire protection works between contractors and the project owner.

Conduct acceptance and handover procedures for M&E and fire protection works with suppliers, contractors, and project owners in accordance with the contract and government regulations
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Refrigeration Engineering.
