Construction Supervisor
Job Description

Prepare weekly work implementation schedules at the construction site.

Review, fully understand, and accurately implement construction drawings and construction methods.

Assess and analyze construction risks; propose preventive measures and corrective solutions.

Maintain site diaries and daily logs for assigned work activities.

Ensure and take responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of payment quantities for the Project Owner (Client), Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.

Complete all acceptance and handover documentation for completed works.

Provide guidance and support to newly recruited site supervisors (if any).

Ensure confidentiality of site documents, drawings, and company-sensitive information.

Support the Site Management Team (BCH) with QS-related tasks (payment quantities with the Client and Subcontractors), construction methods, and QA/QC documentation when required.

Control quantities and material payments for Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor.

Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with good communication skills.

Salary: VND 17,000,000 – 22,000,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and capability).
