Job Description

  • Prepare construction method statements and overall/detailed schedules for tendering and construction activities.
  • Develop master and detailed construction schedules, ensuring feasibility and optimal resource allocation.
  • Present and defend construction methodologies to the Client/Investor during the tender evaluation process.
  • Handover design documents and provide detailed guidance on construction methods to Site Management Teams.
  • Be responsible for technical guidance, quality control, and in-depth supervision of shop drawing works for the project.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to complete technical documentation and improve tender success rates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction (Civil Engineering) or Quality Management.
  • Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with strong communication skills.
  • Relevant work experience is required.
