Job Description
- Prepared and completed the project’s legal documentation, construction drawing documentation, and Quality Management Plan for the entire project.
- Inspected and monitored the quality of construction works, and carried out on-site inspections and acceptance procedures in accordance with the construction schedule.
- Managed the quality of incoming materials, and coordinated material testing and technical inspections on site.
- Prepared, submitted, and obtained approval for standard documentation, including checklists, inspection and acceptance forms, and other quality control documents, ensuring consistency across the quality management system.
- Prepared internal quality reports and reports for clients and project stakeholders, while coordinating with relevant departments to complete project payment and final account documentation.
- Organized, maintained, and systematically archived all project quality management documents in compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quality Management
- Careful, highly responsible, and possessing good communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
