Job Description
- Prepare and complete the legal documentation system, drawing records, and quality management plans for the entire project.
- Inspect and supervise the quality of construction works; carry out on-site inspections and acceptance procedures in accordance with the construction schedule.
- Manage the quality of incoming materials and coordinate material testing and technical inspections at the construction site.
- Implement and submit standard documentation sets (checklists, inspection reports, etc.) to ensure consistency within the quality management system.
- Prepare internal quality reports and partner reports; coordinate closely with relevant departments to finalize project payment and settlement documentation.
- Manage, organize, and systematically archive project quality management records in compliance with current regulations and standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quality Management.
- Careful, highly responsible, and possessing strong communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
