Job Description
- Directly plan, coordinate, and closely monitor daily construction progress, ensuring the project is completed on schedule.
- Implement construction drawings on site, supervise technical execution, and ensure work quality of construction teams.
- Closely control construction quantities, material consumption norms, and carry out inspection and acceptance of completed works.
- Proactively assess on-site risks and propose timely technical solutions and corrective actions.
- Manage and update site diaries and technical documentation systems in a structured and organized manner.
- Provide flexible support in cost control (QS) and quality management (QA/QC) to optimize overall project performance.
Job Requirements
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quality Management.
- Experience in site supervision is required.
