Job Description
- Assist the Site Manager in coordinating with relevant departments to develop construction execution plans, ensuring feasibility and optimal resource allocation.
- Report and propose solutions to the Site Manager regarding construction organization issues to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Supervise HSE activities, review drawing systems and construction methods, prepare project schedules, and closely control cumulative material quantities supplied to the project/subcontractors.
- Inspect completed quantities, organize acceptance procedures, and certify completed work volumes for subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
- Proactively allocate tasks, provide technical guidance, and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff.
- Propose the selection/replacement of partners (subcontractors, suppliers, construction teams) and manage on-site personnel.
