Job Description
- Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on-site, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality requirements, and technical standards.
- Coordinate with relevant parties, including architectural and structural construction teams, subcontractors, and supervision consultants, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Review and implement technical drawings and shop drawings, prepare quantity take-offs, and monitor MEP material usage on site.
- Inspect and supervise the installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with approved designs and technical specifications.
- Participate in internal inspections and handover processes, as well as inspections with supervision consultants and project owners.
- Identify, document, and report site issues, and propose timely corrective actions and solutions.
- Monitor the progress of MEP subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the project schedule and requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit them to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Water Supply & Drainage Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP construction supervision on construction projects.
