Job Description
- Prepare method statement drawings and overall/detailed construction schedules for tendering and construction activities.
- Develop overall and detailed construction schedules, ensuring feasibility and optimal resource allocation for projects.
- Present and defend construction methods to Clients/Investors during the tender evaluation process.
- Hand over design documents and provide detailed guidance on construction methods to site management teams at project sites.
- Be responsible for guiding, quality controlling, and providing in-depth technical supervision for project Shop Drawing works.
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments to complete technical documentation and improve tender success rates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Engineering, Quality Management.
- Careful, highly responsible, and possessing strong communication skills.
- Previous working experience is preferred.
